This policy explains what data we collect when you shop at spool.id, who we share it with, and your rights. We never sell your personal information.
This Privacy Policy describes how Randware LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use spool.id and purchase Spool.id products.
We may collect: (a) contact and shipping information you provide at checkout, including name, email address, and mailing address; (b) order details such as products purchased and quantities; (c) payment-related tokens and transaction identifiers processed by our payment provider (we do not store full payment card numbers); (d) technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited; and (e) communications you send us regarding orders or support requests.
We use personal information to: process and fulfill orders; calculate shipping and taxes; communicate order status and support responses; prevent fraud and abuse; improve our website and products; and comply with legal obligations.
We share personal information only as needed to operate our business: Stripe processes payments and receives billing and transaction data; shipping carriers (such as USPS or other carriers selected for your order) receive name and delivery address to deliver packages; and service providers that host or support our website may process technical logs. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
We retain order and transaction records as long as necessary to fulfill orders, handle warranty claims, resolve disputes, and meet tax and accounting requirements—typically up to seven (7) years for financial records. Technical logs may be retained for a shorter period unless needed for security investigations.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. Payment card data is handled by Stripe under PCI-compliant standards. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Spool.id is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
