This error usually means the RFID tag on your spool is missing, damaged, or unreadable. The Automatic Material System (AMS) relies on that tag to identify material, color, and remaining filament. A replacement tag programmed with the correct filament data lets the AMS read your spool again without manual entry in the slicer.

Tags ship via USPS letter mail (domestic) or equivalent lightweight international post. Letter mail does not include tracking.
